The direct-drive system delivers power directly to the bearing box, then transfers 100% of that power through a heat-treated tapered shaft to the disc mulcher. No wasted movement. No unnecessary complexity. Just direct power where it belongs.
As the cutting disc spins at high speed, the teeth bite into the material and break it down. The reduction shroud then forces material back into the fixed cutting teeth for finer mulching before the debris is discharged back onto the ground. That gives contractors a cleaner finish and helps return organic material back to the land.
